GIVING US PROOF
Proving your identity is simple. Each applicant just needs to show us a couple of copied documents containing your name and address. we will make a record of the details. The type of documents we accept are common to most people, so you shouldn't have any difficulty producing at least two of them.
TO CONFIRM YOUR NAME
Current full signed passport.
Current UK (old paper style) full driving licence (old style provisional is not acceptable).
Current UK or EEA Photo Card driving licence (full provisional).
Current Shotgun or Firearms Certificate.
Building industry sub-contractor's certificate: (CIS4(P), CIS4(T), CIS5 or CIS6 Photo Registration Card (issued by the Inland Revenue).
Current benefits book or original notification letter confirming your right to benefits or state pension.
Current Inland Revenue tax notifications.
Current Residence permit (issued by the Home Office to Eu nationals).
Current EEA member State Identity Card.
Current Blue disabled Driver's Pass.
Northern Ireland Voter's Card.
Original notification letter confirming your right to benefits or state pension.
Current Shotgun or Firearms Certificate.
Building industry sub-contractor's certificate: CIS4, CIS4(P), CIS4(T), CIS5 or CIS6 Photo Registration Card (issued by the Inland Revenue).

Birth certificate or NHS Medical Card (if you're under 18).
Recent systems-generated or signed documentation from a regulated financial services sector firm indicating that the account / investment / insurance relationship exists and which contains your address.
Recent utility bill, utility statement or a certificate from a supplier of utilities confirming the arrangement to pay for the services on pre-payment terms (includes land line telephone/land line cable company bills, but excludes all mobile telephone bills).

Current UK or EEA Photo Card driving licence (full or provisional) no older than 10 years from the date of issue.
Current UK (old paper style) full driving licence (old style provisional is not acceptable).
Recent systems-generated or signed documentation from a regulated financial services sector firm indicating that the account / investment / insurance relationship exists and which contains your address.
Current local authority tax bill.
Current local council rent card or tenancy agreement.
Recent utility bill, utility statement or certificate from a supplier of utilities confirming the arrangement to pay for the services on pre-payment terms (includes land line telephone/land line cable company bills, but excludes all mobile telephone bills).
Current benefits book or original notification letter confirming your right to benefits or state pension.
Current known housing association tenancy agreement or rent card.

PEACE OF MIND
The security steps we take when opening your account are a legal requirement, and if you can't give us satisfactory proof of your identity, we're not allowed to open an account for you.
Please remember the security checks are also for your own protection and we hope they will also give you peace of mind.
Q: What is a 4 CashNow Advance?
A: A 4CashNow Advance is an advance of up to £500 repayable - 28 days away.

Q: What do I need to get a 4CashNow Advance?
A: You must have a regular income and an active bank account with a cheque book and a cheque guarantee card.

Q: What can a 4CashNow Advance be used for?
A: The money can be used for any purpose - to pay bills, buy something, have a great weekend, it's up to you! We don’t need to know and we won’t ask you!

Q: How much can I borrow?
A: Any amount from £100 to £500.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: You repay £100 for every £85 you borrow.
Typical Example: Loan - £85; Interest - £15; Total Repayable - £100; Term 28 days; APR 578%
Please note that there will be an admin fee of £1.00 for processing your loan. The fee will be taken from your debit card and is non-refundable. If this is your first loan there will be a one off, additional £5.00 admin fee which will be collected on your first repayment date.

Q: I have a poor credit history - does this stop me from getting an advance?
A: No. However we need to be happy that all our customers have sufficient funds available on payday to cover the advance repayment.

A: No problem - it makes no difference to us whether you are a tenant or a homeowner.

Q: Do you contact current or former employers?
A: No, we operate a strict confidentiality policy. None of your personal information will be passed onto any third party without your prior agreement or unless required by law.

Q: How long will it take to get the money?
A: You could receive your money the next working day.
Providing we receive a signed loan agreement, completed debit card mandate form, 2 proofs of id, your cheque's and a copy of your cheque guarantee card (both sides)

Q: How do I get my money?
A: We transfer money directly to your account by same day Priority Payment ready for you to draw on immediately.

Q: How soon can I recieve my cash advance?
A: We process loan applications on the day, we receive them (Normal Business Hours Mon-Fri) Applications received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We can deposit funds into your account the day we receive your signed Loan Agreement, the whole process can be done within 24 hours.

Q: I have a CCJ - would this disqualify me from receiving a loan?
A: No problem! Unlike many other financial institutions, we do not require that you have good credit or, for that matter, any credit history at all. If you have any questions about qualifying for a payday loan, please contact us.Go to Top

Q: Do I have to pay off the loan on my next payday?
A: NO. You can make a minimum repayment of £100 and rollover the balance of the loan until the following payday by payment of the interest on the balance of the loan. All loans are ROLLED-OVER automatically, unless you tell us differently.

Q: Can I have the funds placed in a 3rd party account?
A: Joint account with your wife - No Problem.

Q: How do I repay the loan?
A: We will collect the money on your next payday from either your Debit Card or Bank your cheque.
You can make a minimum repayment of £100 and rollover the balance of the loan until the following payday by payment of the interest on the original loan. All loans are ROLLED-OVER automatically, unless you tell us differently.

Q: How do we determine repayment date?
A: All loans are due on your next payday, unless your next payday is less than 7 days away. In this case your funds will be held until your next payday, and will be paid on the 3rd working day of the following month.
If you have ticked the Priority Payment box on the loan agreement, the money will be in your account between 1pm-3pm, the 3rd working day of the following month.
If you do not require the funds immediately, your funds will be in your account the 6th working day of the following month.

Q: What is an A.P.R.?

Q: Can I pay my loan back early?
A: Yes, you can pay your loan back early. Contact us to let us know that you want us to debit your account earlier than the due date. You may be entitled to a part refund of our interest charges, depending on the date of payment. Go to Top

A: NO. We require the original documents.
